According to him, they can shape-shift at will – for which they supposedly need human blood. Thus, the lizard people are also said to be vampires, which would explain the alleged widespread Satanism in high aristocratic circles. Since they appear very human-like, it would be challenging to expose them. They only occasionally betray themselves when their slit-shaped reptilian eyes flash – something that, according to the theory, has happened to the Queen and other members of the Royal Family.
